Graz Sold

Ailsa & David:

After much reflection (and yes… a little help from the ever-efficient Bobcaygeon grapevine), we’re ready to share that Graz has officially been sold.

This place has been so much more than just a restaurant to us. The support, loyalty, and love we’ve felt from this community over the years is something we’ll carry with us long after our final service.

As we begin to turn the page to a new and unknown chapter, we do so with full hearts and deep gratitude. It has truly been an honour to be part of your lives and your tables.

Our last day under current ownership will be May 24, 2026.

If you happen to have a Graz gift card tucked away somewhere in a wallet, a drawer, or that mysterious “safe place” we all forget about, now is the perfect time to bring it in and enjoy one more experience with us. While we can’t guarantee gift cards will be honoured beyond our final day, we would absolutely love to see them used and to welcome you in before we say goodbye.

You’ve got about 4 weeks, so come by, share a meal, raise a glass, and make a few more memories with us.
