FALL FLING AUCTION:
Saturday, October 25, 7:00 pm at Trinity United Church. A Thomas Jester Electric Organ, Royal Dalton Figurine, 3 Month Membership at Sisters and artwork are just a few items that will be open for bidding. A complete list will be available Oct, 20. CHRISTMAS BAZAAR:
On Saturday, Nov 15th, a Christmas Bazaar is being held at Trinity United Church from 11 am to 2 pm. Admission is free and there will be a Christmas Shop, gifts, baking, deli, knitting, “stuff with previous experience” and a hot lunch with sittings at 11:45 am and 1:00 pm. Lunch is $7.00 per person. FORBERT POOL MEMBERSHIPS:
We are finally ready to proceed! If you called our office and indicated that you wished to join the Pool, please stop by or mail $94.16 (taxes included). Please make cheques payable to the Bobcaygeon & Area Chamber of Commerce. The deadline for us to collect your fees is Monday, Oct 27th. We will then forward your payment on and you will be able to register directly at the Pool anytime after Oct. 31st. If you have any questions, please phone Tara at the office.

TOMORROW’S TREASURES:
A Christmas Craft Show & Sale will be held on Saturday, Nov 8th from 10 am to 5 pm at the Lindsay Armory. Unique one-of-a-kind finds, hidden treasures and beautifully handcrafted items will be available just in time for holiday gift giving. Admission is $3.00 and children under 6 are free. Tomorrow’s Treasures is a fund raiser for Victoria County Historical Society and more information can be obtained by phoning 324-3404.

ALL CANDIDATES MEETING:
We will be hosting an All-Candidates Meeting for the upcoming Municipal Election. To include all mayoralty candidates and those candidates for the positions of councillor for Ward 7 & Ward 13, the meeting will be held from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Fri, Oct. 24, at the Legion. Representatives of the “No” and “Yes” sides of the amalgamation/de-amalgamation issue will also be in attendance. All questions from the public will be required to be in written form and provided to the moderator before and/or during the meeting. Chairing the meeting will be Mr. Gordon Killen, President of the Bobcaygeon and Area Chamber of Commerce.Any enquiries prior to the meeting should be directed to Cindy at our office.
