10:00 am - Arts & Crafts by Brush Strokes at Park by Locks
Arts & Crafts at Beach Park, OPP Display, Buckeye Free Pass Display
2:00 pm - Open mike stage at Beach Park
2:30 pm - Parade from Market Square to Beach Park (Children & Adults are encouraged to enter decorated bicycles, cars & floats in the parade. Volunteers are needed, join the fun!)
3:00 pm - Entertainment at the Locks - The Bobcaygeon Old Tymers
5:00 - 7:00 pm - Steak Barbecue - located at Royal Canadian Legion 239 - $12.00 per person. Hotdogs & Hamburgers available. BIRTHDAY CAKE!
7:00 pm - Music by "Friends" - Park beside Locks
7:30 pm Entertainment by "Howling Junction" at Beach Park
10:00 pm - FIREWORKS - Located at Beach Park (Rain date July 2)
Park St. will be closed from 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Donations will be accepted at the fireworks, there will be people collecting.
In case of rain, events will be held at the Community Centre at 51 Mansfield

CHILDREN'S FISHING DERBY:
The 3rd Annual Live Release Children's Fishing Derby & Fun Safety Day from 10am - 2pm (Rain or Shine), July 9, Beach Park. Lunch will be provided for all entries. Certain rules & regulations apply. For more information or to register, phone 705-438-1474 or email clubkiac@sympatico.ca.

SUMMER LAKESHORE FESTIVAL:
GAMIING presents their 3rd annual Summer Lakeshore Festival with activities for "kids" of all ages, silent auction with beautiful art, originals & prints, many other items to bid on, interpretive nature walks, games, amphibian displays, music, food and much, much more. This is GAMIING's major fundraiser, so show up between 2-9 pm on July 16 to show your support. Phone 705-799-7083 for more information.

BOBCAYGEON "FUN FLOAT":
Kawartha Marine Modellers present a fun day for all types of scale ship models on Sunday, July 10 from 10am - 4 pm at Riverview Park (across from Forbert Pool). Come and see many fine scale ship models from tugboats to battleships, pleasure boats to submarines, put through their paces in a beautiful park setting. NEW STAFF:
We would like to welcome Alana MacLean and Brittany Lindsay as new employees and welcome back Stacey Maitland. Stacey & Brittany are our summer students and will be available to support member businesses and help the tourists to our area. Alana will be a permanent employee, here to assist with the office duties of the Chamber and MTO transactions.

DOCKING PROJECT
The Chamber is continuing to develop a plan for additional docking. Now focusing on funding and plans, we invite anyone with docking construction knowledge, or a general interest, to join us on Wednesday, July 20 at 9:00 am for a brainstorming session. Please r.s.v.p. to the office at 738-2202
