The 3rd Annual Live Release Children's Fishing Derby & Fun
Safety Day from 10am - 2pm (Rain or Shine), July 9, Beach Park. Lunch
will be provided for all entries. Certain rules & regulations apply.

SUMMER LAKESHORE FESTIVAL:
GAMIING presents their 3rd annual Summer Lakeshore Festival with activities
for "kids" of all ages, silent auction with beautiful art, originals
& prints, many other items to bid on, interpretive nature walks, games,
amphibian displays, music, food and much, much more. This is GAMIING's
major fundraiser, so show up between 2-9 pm on July 16 to show your support.

BOBCAYGEON "FUN FLOAT":
Kawartha Marine Modellers present a fun day for all types of
scale ship models on Sunday, July 10 from 10am - 4 pm at Riverview Park
(across from Forbert Pool). Come and see many fine scale ship models from
tugboats to battleships, pleasure boats to submarines, put through their
paces in a beautiful park setting. Talk to builders and learn about this

NEW STAFF:
We would like to welcome Alana MacLean and Brittany Lindsay as new employees
and welcome back Stacey Maitland. Stacey & Brittany are our summer
students and will be available to support member businesses and help the
tourists to our area. Alana will be a permanent employee, here to assist
with the office duties of the Chamber and MTO transactions.
