Their were two winners of this year’s Citizen of the Year Award.

The Outstanding Business Achievement Award went to Shea’s IGA and
the Outstanding Service /Volunteer Organization was awarded to the Bobcaygeon
Olde Tyme Fiddlers. We had many nominations this year, and we would sincerely
