  1. We are starting to prepare for the Spring and Summer season (as we know everyone else is) and would like to remind you to provide us with brochures and/or cards for your business. This information always comes in handy whether we are speaking to someone in person, on the telephone, or responding to e-mail inquiries.
  2. The Chamber has organized a team for the upcoming Heart & Stroke Bowl-A-Thon on May 4th. If you would like to sponsor our team (consisting of the office staff and board members) please call the office. We are looking forward to a fun afternoon for a great cause.

UPDATE FROM THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT: There is a new person to this department, however she is well known to many of us. The new Tourism Officer is Brenda Caskenette and her duties will include inquiry fulfillment, welcome centres, merchandising and events support. We are looking forward to working with Brenda in her new position and know that she will be contacting many of you in the near future. Congratulations Brenda!
