AWARDS OF EXCELLENCE:
The nomination form for the 2004 Awards of Excellence is now available.
The form may be picked up in our office or it appears in the Tuesday,
February 10th edition of The Bobcaygeon Independent and the Friday, February
13th edition of the Promoter. Please take a moment to nominate an individual,
business or organization that has shown outstanding leadership, achievement
and citizenship. Deadline for nominations is Friday, March 26, 2004 at
5:00 pm. The awards will be presented at the 6th Annual Spring Social
Banquet & Auction, being held on Saturday, April 24th. |
WINTER
PHOTOS:
We are looking for photos of people outside enjoying the winter weather
in Bobcaygeon! If you have any pictures of people snowmobiling, skating,
skiing or just generally having a good time during this chilly season
and you are willing to have them appear on our website, we would love
to have them. Just drop the photos off at the Chamber and we will scan
them and return them promptly. Or if you have them in a jpeg format, please
email them to us at chamber@bobcaygeon.org. Your help in promoting Bobcaygeon
as a four season destination is appreciated.
MARCH BREAK ACTIVITIES:
We generally get quite a few inquiries this time of year for a listing
of events happening during the March Break. If you know of any special
activities happening between March 12-21, please call us at 738-2202 and
we will include a summary in our next Update.
