TOURISM ADVISORY & TASKFORCE MEMBERSHIP RECRUITMENT
The council of the City of Kawartha Lakes is inviting members of the public
who are interested in serving on the Tourism Advisory Board and various
taskforces to focus on issues and initiatives pertaining to the Tourism
sector. In order to be eligible to apply you must be an elector of the
City of Kawartha Lakes, a Canadian citizen and 18 years of age and older.

The City of Kawartha Lakes is looking for volunteers as ambassadors at

LAKEHURST WINTER CARNIVAL
On Saturday, February 18th Lakehurst (10 minute drive west of Buckhorn)
will be holding their annual Winter Carnival, which will include a Pancake
Breakfast at 8:30am, silent auction from 8:30am - midnight, kid’s
games, outdoor fun and so much more. The day will be completed by a dance
from 8:30pm - 1am. For more information on this event please contact them
