BURN IT SMART:
This January, there will be a wood burning workshop held in Bobcaygeon
that will be beneficial to the many people in the area who burn wood to
heat their homes. Local experts from the Bobcaygeon area, along with environmental
organizations will be hosting the workshop. The workshop, held on January
25th at the Bobcaygeon Arena will be able to provide more details on how
and why to Burn It Smart. This workshop on the subject of cleaner, safer,
more efficient residential wood heating is part of a national wood heating
education campaign taking place at the community level.
