VETERAN PLATES:
We now have our veteran plates in stock. A Veteran Graphic plate is available
to anyone who has served in wartime as a member of the Canadian Armed
forces, a member of the Allied Forces, in the Merchant Navy or Ferry Command
or served for a minimum of three years in the Canadian Armed Forces (may
still be serving) The graphic licence plates are free of charge to eligible
Veterans, however, a small fee of $5.00 to the Royal Canadian Legion will
be required to certify their application. Eligibility Applications are
available in our office

It is not too late to join the Forbert Memorial Pool for the discounted
corporate rate that Chamber Members, their families and employees receive.
However, the Chamber year begins Nov. 1st, so the longer you wait to start

FUEL CONSUMPTION GUIDE:
The 2004 Fuel Consumption Guide, produced by Natural Resources Canada
is now available free of charge in our office. The guide allows you to
compare fuel consumption ratings, gives tips on maintaining your vehicle,
driving smarter and gives information on alternative fuels. By using the
guide, you can save fuel and money and help reduce harmful emissions.
