When
visiting Bobcaygeon, there are certain activities that we recommend you
do in order to truly experience our village. You must stroll along Bolton,
King, Main and East Streets and pop into some of our great shops and galleries.
During your shopping expedition,
take a moment at Lock 32 to watch the Trent-Severn Waterway's oldest swing
bridge in action. While you are on Canal Street, stop by our office for
some great reading material on the area and a handy map of town
(or click here to view a map).
Located next door to us is
the Boyd
Heritage Museum, filled with interesting facts and memorabilia on
the early days in Bobcaygeon. Continue
your history lesson by visiting the Kawartha
Settlers' Village. Located on Dunn St., this nine-acre property is
a village-style assembly of historic homes and buildings. Feel
free to wander about and take in the sites. Events, courses and activities
happen at KSV throughout the year, so please check our events
section to see if anything is planned during your stay. If you wish
